About Ronald Berger
Ronald Berger was born in 1943 in Salzburg (Austria). Some members of his family were also artists, including his uncle who he took inspiration from.
Berger graduated from university, but later went onto studying painting privately. He was a pupil of Prof. Knapp and Prof. J. Steiner. During these studies he also visited museums in Italy, Spain, France and the Netherlands to study the technique of the old masters.
Ronald Berger’s first exhibition in Vienna was a great success, leading to others in Kitzbühel (Austria), Düsseldorf (Germany) and London. With his precise style of painting and his old masters’ technique he has a lot of interest from many collectors around the world.
