About John Edmund Buckley
John Edmund Buckley was a British artist born in 1824 and passed away in 1876. He is known for his watercolor paintings of landscapes and architectural scenes, with a particular specialty in historical and literary subjects, especially of the Tudor and Stuart periods. His works are dated, with evidence suggesting he painted until at least 1879.
