About Graham Evernden
Graham Evernden was born in 1947 in Kent. He graduated at Maidstone College of Art with a Bachelor of Arts – First Class Honours degree in 1970. He went onto working in London as a graphic designer and illustrator. In 1974, he then decided to leave London and became a freelance artist and printmaker. He produces handmade limited edition prints and also paints in oil.
Graham Evernden has exhibited all over the world and in 1975 was elected a member of the Printmakers Council. He also exhibited at the Royal Academy and won many awards, including the D&AD Gold & Silver Awards, the Gold Award from the New York Art Directors Club and also from the Australian Writers and Art Directors, as well as an award from European Illustration.
Graham designed the range of china for The Royal Collection at St. James’s Palace, to commemorate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee.
