About Joshua H Sams Mann
Joshua H Sams Mann (1826-1887) was a British artist, painter of figures and genre subjects including The Cauld Blast (1876, Royal Holloway), and Head of a girl, looking upwards (Watford Museum). He exhibited at the Royal Academy, RI , ROI, RBA and The Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool.
